The Friday Favored: 30th Edition

The Friday Favored: 30th Edition

1.)  Human Yard Gophers:

My Farmer and the Bearded Brothers slaved over this project this week.  It’s done now except for a little more clean up and grass seed.

2.) For the Linguaphile in your life:

This is a lovely book about missing words in our language.  My personal favorite is destinesia – that feeling you get when you walk into a room and can’t remember why you needed to be there.

3.) On remembering to pray:

Recognition and welcome.

4.) Territory:

She’s in my spot, Mom.

5.) Garlic Cheese Grits:

Here’s how you make them.  I split mine into two small casserole pans and froze one.  Both baked beautifully and tasted great.

Oh didn’t know there is a word for it… but I know there is a cure that works very often : get out of the room and enter it again…

Amazing photographs, I always enjoy them.

Glad the guys are still with you and help with your projects.

    Have a great weekend! 🙂
